Delivery and Fulfillment

Delivery Times

We strive to deliver orders within the specified timeframe. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Delivery Requirements

• Accurate delivery address must be provided
• Someone must be available to receive perishable items
• We are not responsible for deliveries left at unattended addresses
• Additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts

Product Quality

Fresh flowers are natural products. While we guarantee quality and freshness, slight variations in color, size, and appearance may occur. Substitutions may be made to ensure timely delivery while maintaining the overall design aesthetic.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations made after this time may incur fees. Wedding and event orders have separate cancellation terms outlined in your contract.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following circumstances:

• Order not delivered as promised
• Product quality issues reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Our error in fulfilling your order

Refund requests must be submitted to hello@oasisflorals.ca with photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Oasis Florals and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oasis Florals, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
